After Christmas clean-up

I spent most of today  in my studio CLEANING! I have been working on a variety of projects and just throwing the leftovers into a couple of boxes, and there were previous months' accumulations of leftovers on top of my display case and just generally a mess. I can tell it looks better but DH doesn't see it yet. I cleaned off the top of the display case and now have my featherweight, my serger and my new little green Janome sitting on top, ready for use. I sorted through quilting magazines I have been buying and subscribing to (and discovered several duplicate purchases!), moved the printer to a top shelf of the bookcase (which may be a problem as it is pretty high), and threw out a lot of accumulated junk. I think it will look better when the garbage actually gets taken out. I still have some things to take care of to make it look better but I have to get to working on the rest of the neglected house and finish up some late trade items that need to go in the mail on Monday.  Once it is orderly again (or as good as it will be) I will post pictures...
