Think Spring!!!

Over at ArtsNTheMail I have been busy with postcards (that is all we do there...PCs are fun and usually easy, though I am trying to 'color outside the lines.'

During the middle of January when we were all facing nasty weather I mentioned that we needed to think toward spring, so the 'Think Spring" trade was born! OK, I suggested it so I better participate...took me a while to figure out what I wanted to do....I thought (as did another in the trade) of really thinking outside the box and try to do something with a spring, but just didn't think it would work. In one of my many forays to the craft and fabric stores here I kept noticing the cute buttons that were just calling to me...so I found a FQ that would work and used ribbon, a bit a thread painting (if you can really call it that...that might be stretching it a bit) and created my cards...even the mail (male) clerk at the PO thought they were pretty cute when I mailed them off today!
