went hunting. He wasn't very big but appeared to be out on his own as
no mother bear showed up. They didn't get any deer this year so all we
have to add to the freezer is about 20 pounds of bear sausage!
So, I have learned that you can email your blog in...pretty cool, and you can add pictures, too!
I have never had bear sausage. How does it compare to deer sausage? I will send you deer if you send me bear. lol
ReplyDeleteSo far it is pretty mild! We had some fresh bear chops right after cutting it up and they were pretty tasty! Doesn't taste anything like deer or beef or lamb. Of course this was a pretty young bear. If you lived closer we'd invite you to dinner!
