Chicks and Eggs

Sew Good Friends recently had a trade of Chicks and Eggs. The top photo shows what Stephanie sent to me - a great bag, kitchen towel and matching hot pad, garden gloves, some seeds and a chocolate bunny which was consumed by the time I got around to taking the picture.

The bottom photo is what I sent to her: a little quilt with funky chicks, some cloth eggs, three little chicks, a pair of socks with chicks, some chocolate chicks and some Cadbury eggs (not shown). I found the pattern for the quilt in an old magazine and thought it was really cute. I need to make one for myself, too, but unfortunately I had a limited amount of the chicken fabric I used for the border.
